A: Adventure Academy provides a  safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children 6 weeks to 12  years of age. 

A: * *Early Morning Session is 7:00am- 5:00pm; drop off cutoff time is 9:00am

We are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 12:00 am. 

We provide full-day care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers. We also provide before-and-after care for children who are enrolled in Kindergarten through 12 years of age.

A: Yes! We serve hot meals and nutritious snacks. Our home based facility is equipped  with a kitchen and staff trained in nutrition, USDA and Illinois State Board of Education CACFP guidelines, and proper portions for young  children. Monthly menus are posted on the parent board.

A: The registration process will require the following but not limited to: 

· Child’s Birth Certificate

· Physical and Immunization Records for all children being enrolled

· Dental

· Parents Proof of income/source of income

A: Due to Covid we provide blankets for every student.  Their favorite toy should be left at home to prevent damage or loss of  the item. We offer special events where children can share items with  their classmates.

A: During your registration process, we do an interview with you to  learn the techniques you use at home to soothe your child. Whenever  possible, we use the same techniques that work for your child at home.

A: Yes! All children have their own cubby for their items.

A: We want your child to be healthy while at Adventure Academy. To ensure he/she stays healthy, we require that children do  not attend school until they are fever-free for 24-hours - this helps  keep your child and their classmates healthy.

A: Yes! A member of our team will be supervising your child at all times - even during quiet or nap  time. Adventure Academy also adheres to Infant Safe Sleep guidelines and has  implemented other policies for older children to have the safest  possible environment while in our care.

A: Our facility is cleaned everyday using a safe disinfectant, including  all toys and equipment, classrooms, bathrooms, and offices.

A: We accept payments in form of Cash, Check, or Money Order. 

A: Yes! We are committed to making quality child care accessible to everyone.

A: Tuition rates vary according to the age of your child.  We encourage  all prospective parents to come in and tour our facilities and further  discuss rates. All tours must be scheduled in advance.

A: Unfortunately, we are a small site and can not accommodate these items. 

A: Yes we attend field trips,  which may also include visits from Santa, Easter Bunny, and Class Photos.

A: We ask that each child bring in house slippers so we don't track in outside debris etc.

A: Yes, they can pick up with proper ID and as long as you have informed staff. We will copy the person's ID and held in the child's file for future pickups.
